Robert Wolf represents victims of medical malpractice and families of children who have suffered devastating birth injuries in addition to individuals who have been seriously injured or killed by defective products, including hospital beds and medical devices.
Robert not only has experience in carrying cases through to verdict, but has also argued before the 5Th Court of Appeals in Dallas. Recently, Robert obtained a verdict on a DTPA case in Dallas County, in which the jury sent out a question asking “Is there an amount we could award that would be considered excessive?”
After graduating summa cum laude from Texas Christian University, Robert Wolf earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University. Upon graduation, Robert began his career representing Plaintiffs in medical malpractice and nursing home cases and continues to represent clients who have been injured by the negligence of nursing homes, hospitals, doctors and other health care providers.
